So, basically, this summer has been the busiest, non-stop whirlwind of a summer ever for us! The Summer of baby Ellie, adjusting to life as a family of 5, having all of our family come visit at different points during the summer, and travelling, ourselves for reunions and trips to beat the heat, here is "phase one" of an unforgettable summer!
In the beginning of May, we had Ellie's blessing day and grandma and grandpa from both sides and Auntie Tara came to be part of that special day.

We took Grandma and "Grandpa Bishop" and Auntie Tara to Yosemite Falls in the pouring rain! Marcus loved it and jumped in puddle after puddle (small swimming pools, really)--we were all soaked and freezing, but that's where the memories are, right??

Then, Grandma and Grandpa Price got to stay a whole week, and we took them to see the giant Sequoia trees and to the beach at Carmel!

In the end of May, we drove to Park City for our Demke/Allen family reunion, which Uncle Ron and Aunt Joann hosted at a wonderful condo where we played and played with our cute cousins, enjoyed the cool mountain weather, cooed over the baby cousins, Ellie and Andolyn, participated in a talent show, attended the new Draper Temple, took Kaia, Marcus, and Ellie on a tour of BYU, and on an unforgettable fishing trip with Grandpa in the Uintahs!
